A large oak welsh dresser that dates from the early Victorian era. Primarily made from oak with the rack backing boards made from pine, In contrast the turned pillars on the rack and the base are made from beech wood. The base has 5 pine lined drawers and 2 cupboards. The rack has 3 grooved shelves and also a fretwork design on the cornice. This is a fine old piece of furniture with a few marks here and there due to the of passage time and a long and interesting life. Lovely patina.
